My Wife bought me a few bottles of Gold Watch for my birthday; I had some Birthday cash so made an order a few days later. Excellent service, quick delivery, well packaged. Like the website, good for advice, and reviews.Were very helpful and friendly when my wife called them for some after sales advice.
Will be returning to build up my collection and for my leisure drams.

Turned out to be a_very expensive bottle of whiskey.
Transport and Duty...won't be doing that again.

your offerings are amazing with some never seen before brands.
Your prices are just as good.
However and unfortunately the sales tax charged at my end in Australia makes buying from you in the futures cost prohibitive.
I paid more in Sales Tax and Import Duty on 3 bottles of alcohol than I did for the alcohol itself.

Finally got the product.
Your delivery cost are out of this world.
Won't be coming back!!

Had an issue with the original courier, but Wiktoria dealt with the problem straight away and the delivery was with me the next day. Can’t fault the service as understand they are reliant on the couriers for speed of delivery.

Ordered a bottle of rum for my husbands birthday and was very pleasantly surprised that there was a small bottle of a different type of rum included. My husband liked this sample rum so much that I have now ordered a standard size bottle for him.

The products are great, but in addition to the shipping costs, the taxes are very high! £126.61 order and £48 tax!

Have used this site a number of times and always had to wait a long time for delivery... sometimes a few weeks I ordered some items well in advance for a birthday and did not arrive in time and this is not the first time I have had a message stating that there has been a delay with my parcel.... will not use Master of Malt again

Not only was I charged an extra $68 for delivery, but I am now saddled with $100 of duties. The duties and delivery fee cost more than the alcohol. I certainly wasn't warned about this extra fee of I wouldn't have bothered. It's disgusting.

Excellent and reliable company. I have ordered from them several times now. They have an amazing selection of alcohol (and everything in between). They always ship fast, and the items always come well packaged. I like that they allow you to pick your courier. Most recently I did a large order, it came 3 days early which was amazing!

I ordered three items as a gift for a friend. I've used this site before and have never had any problems, this time was no different. The site is easy to use for an oldie like myself and the order arrived on time. My friend was thrilled with the gift so thank you!
